Our Offer

Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, four emergency centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the child health care unit, the vaccination clinic, 1177, and the general medicine training center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

The Lambohov Health Center has approximately 11,600 registered patients and is centrally located but has both urban and rural areas in its catchment area.

We conduct a broad primary care operation that includes everything from emergency care and planned outpatient work, from child health care to elderly care.

Job Description

The position includes standard outpatient work within the primary care assignment as well as an opportunity for you to also be offered a leadership responsibility in the form of medical management responsibility. You will have the opportunity to develop the operations together with other employees. Supervision of students and training doctors is part of the job. The health center is also part of the staffing of the emergency center in Linköping and has home readiness during on-call hours for medical assessments and home visits when applicable.

With us, you will have a varied assignment, among other things, you will have your own clinic at the health center and we like to work in teams with each other at the health center.

Time for continuing education and medical discussions with colleagues is regularly available. There is flexibility regarding working conditions. We strive for the work to be well-defined and the workload reasonable. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Work Group

We often work in teams with district nurses, psychologists, dietitians, rehab coordinators, medical administrators, and child health care nurses.

About You

Specialist doctor in general medicine. Proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Has Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. Experience in Swedish healthcare and interest in supervision is meritorious. A driving license (B) is required.

As a person, you are self-assured, have good collaboration skills with others in the team, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You contribute to a good working climate and have a positive and professional attitude. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We value your commitment to business development and your social competence to meet different people based on their needs.
